4. Assumption of Risk

By visiting Keyes Lake Campground, you understand and accept that outdoor and camping activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to weather conditions, wildlife, uneven terrain, campfires, water activities, and use of personal or recreational equipment.

You agree that you, your family, and your guests participate in any activities at your own risk and responsibility. You are responsible for supervising children and vulnerable individuals in your party at all times.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, or your stay at Keyes Lake Campground shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wisconsin, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
